I had a mixed experience at Billabong. While the booking and check-in process went smoothly, and the location is excellent in the LK Metro area, the room cleanliness and comfort left a lot to be desired. Noise from nearby bars made it difficult to sleep well, and the lack of basic amenities really impacted the overall value for money.

Billabong Hotel offers comfortable rooms and a great location in the LK Metro area, which is great for entertainment and nearby attractions.
